*Registration needs to be accompanied by the Confirmation Form, signed by the head of department.

**For undergraduate medical European students: Registration needs to be accompanied by the Confirmation of Undergraduate EU Medical Student Status Form, a one-page curriculum vitae in English and a copy of valid photo identification.

Please be advised that CIRSE will not provide any documents for visa purposes for undergraduate students.

Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is recieved by CIRSE GmbH by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is recieved later that the respective deadline for early and middle registration, the respective next higher fee shall be due.


CIRSE Member Registration:
Available for members of CIRSE (Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe) in good standing.


All congress presentations and content are available through ESIRonline (www.esir.org), the educational platform for interventional radiology. Access is granted through GEST Europe 2017 registration.
**All CIRSE Members in good standing already have access to ESIRonline.

Method of Payment:
Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)

Our accepted onsite payment methods are Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) and Cash (payment can be settled in Euros only)

Cancellation of Congress Registration:
CIRSE GmbH will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.

CIRSE GmbH however offers all pre-registered participants the possibility to take out cancellation insurance with its partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung". The insurance can only be booked during and until finalisation of the online registration process. The refund of the participant's registration fee due to cancellation of the registration or the change of registration category is only possible with a valid insurance. CIRSE GmbH itself will not refund any registration fees. All requests must be made to "Europäische Reiseversicherung" directly. Refunds will be given according to the terms and conditions of the "Europäische Reiseversicherung". CIRSE GmbH shall not be responsible for any refunds of registration fees.

Name Changes:
Will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.

Additional Information:
All GEST Europe 2017 registrants will be able to print out an invoice of the registration using their personal log-in details at www.gest2017.eu and at www.cirse.org.
Invoices will be issued by the CIRSE Congress Research Education GmbH, Neutorgasse 9, 1010 Vienna, Austria.
